Who we are

Portalcedar operates a tech analysis training studio at Tk15/3, Nguyen Canh Chan, Q1, Ho Chi Minh City. These terms cover use of portalcedar.click and enrolment discussions for our programs.

Informational site

Program descriptions, schedules, and fees on this site are informational. They are not a binding offer until we confirm a seat in writing by email or signed enrolment note. This website does not process payments.

Enquiries

When you submit the contact form, you ask us to respond about training. You must provide accurate contact details. We may decline enrolments that do not fit cohort prerequisites.

Training conduct

Participants agree to treat classmates and instructors respectfully, keep confidential any workplace materials shared by peers, and avoid recording sessions without prior written consent.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slides, and templates provided by Portalcedar remain our intellectual property. You may reuse them in your own analysis work. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them as a competing course without written permission.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep cohort dates and fees current. If a published date changes, we will notify enrolled participants using the contact details they provided.

Liability

Training improves professional practice; it does not guarantee employment outcomes or specific project results. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Portalcedar is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or from decisions you make after training.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@portalcedar.click.
