Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for a confirmed cohort seat at Portalcedar. Fees listed on this website are informational; the amount on your written enrolment confirmation is the fee that governs any refund.
Timeframe
- Full refund: cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
- Partial refund (50%): cancel between 13 and 7 days before the start date.
- No refund: cancel fewer than 7 days before the start date, or after the cohort has begun.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already prepared for a named participant, third-party venue surcharges for private team sessions, and administrative fees stated as non-refundable on your confirmation are not returned once incurred.
Deposits
Some cohorts ask for a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are credited toward the program fee. A deposit is refundable under the same timelines as full fees unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Work already started
If you withdraw after the first session, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Remaining unused sessions are not prorated below the partial-refund rule above.
Purchased materials
Workbook packs included in the fee stay with you if you withdraw after distribution. Separately purchased reference packs are non-refundable once handed over.
Cancellation by Portalcedar
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel costs you arranged independently.
Rescheduling
You may request one free transfer to a later cohort of the same program if seats exist and you ask at least 7 days before the original start. Later transfers may require a new deposit.
No-shows
Missing sessions without written notice counts as a no-show. No-shows are not refunded and do not extend the cohort.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@portalcedar.click with your full name, program, cohort dates, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method (bank transfer or other method recorded on your receipt) within 14 business days after approval.
