Studio
Portalcedar is a small training studio on Nguyen Canh Chan. We teach analysis craft—not tools marketing—to people who already sit between stakeholders and delivery teams.
How sessions run
Classes stay small. You practice on scenarios drawn from Vietnamese product and operations contexts, then get instructor critique before the next exercise. Homework is short and tied to artifacts you can reuse at work: briefs, criteria, comparison sheets, and metric checklists.
We do not sell software licenses or run checkout here. Enrolment is confirmed by conversation so we can match cohort pace to your experience.
