Scope

This policy explains how Portalcedar handles personal information when you browse portalcedar.click, send an enquiry, or enrol in a tech analysis training program at our District 1 studio.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit: name, email, message, and optional program interest.
• Enrolment details needed to run a cohort: phone, employer (if sponsored), dietary or access needs you choose to share.
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited if you accept optional analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use your details to answer enquiries, confirm seats, send schedule updates, issue receipts for offline payments, and improve classroom delivery. We do not sell personal information.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and enrolment data to perform the training agreement. Enquiry records are typically kept up to 24 months. Enrolment records needed for accounting or dispute handling may be kept longer as required under Vietnamese law.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate email or studio administration, or when required by law. Instructors see participant names and cohort materials needed to teach.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Vietnam, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

Your choices
